With the full commitment of senior management and its partners, BN is concerned with publicizing and training all employees so that their devices are complied with. This code formalizes our principles, concepts, and values of conduct and relationship with the market and with internal and external audiences, and establishes applicable measures in the event of non-compliance.
Any violation of our CODE OF ETHICS, CONDUCT AND COMPLIANCE is reported to our Compliance Officer, with direct reporting to the BN ENGENHARIA Compliance Committee and treated with due discretion. We offer a confidential and independent Communication Channel to guarantee the necessary exemption when conducting any matter that may arise.
