O Alpha Tower comes from a project that adopts concepts of sustainability for the occupation of environments and the valuation of spaces, such as the reuse of water for irrigation and optimization of the consumption of air conditioning in the units.
This project was designed for companies that seek, in addition to the location in a central and easily accessible area, a complete infrastructure consisting of 13 floors, the last of which is a duplex, high quality systems and equipment, VRF central air conditioning, modular ceiling, raised floor, generator for common areas, 2 social elevators and 1 cargo lift, bike rack, warehouse and men's and women's changing room. The available sets have a minimum area of 260 m² and the building has a capacity for approximately 150 cars, with 10 spaces allocated to each floor.
