Brigadeiro Corporate Garden

On Av. Brigadier Luis Antonio, the project has six “open space” corporate slabs. Active façade (store) with two floors (ground floor and 1st floor). There will be a total of 2 basements, ground floor, six floors, attic and roof totaling 9,628.15 m2 of built area.

The project provides for LEED GOLD and EDGE Certification, a façade made of solar reflective glass that, together with the specifications of the luminaires and AC system, allows energy savings of more than 30% compared to the ASHRAE baseline (LEED). Floors type with:

• Prestressed beams and strips to provide a free ceiling of 2.80 m;
• Support rooms with provision for a raised floor in the “Open Space”, as well as terraces of the type;
• Possibility of vertical joining between them.

It also has reuse water treatment reservoirs to feed garden faucets and bathroom basins, landscaping with native or adapted species and development of the main design disciplines (ARQ, EST, CLI, ELE, HID, CXO) with BIM modeling.
