It's an example of a sustainable Retrofit that received the LEED Certificate. In addition, it has high technical specifications and good corporate image, obtaining the Buildings A classification.
It was developed to use 30% less water, and has a green roof, which helps reduce heat generation.
O Paulista Building 2028 It has 16 floors with slabs starting at 356 m², a duplex penthouse of 615 m², a store floor on the ground floor, 3 social elevators, central air conditioning, a common emergency generator and 56 parking spaces.
