Technical differentials
- Work carried out with a deep propeller pile foundation and a shallow foundation with blocks and baldrames, with a conventional concrete structure of 2 7-story towers and a reinforced concrete floor designed for vehicle traffic.
- At the entrance to the project, we will have acm-coated elements in addition to the tilting gate and access ramp to the basements.
- On the façade of the project we will have sliding beams in addition to Venetian stucco cladding.
- The condominium is equipped with a power generator system with emergency system assistance.
- The project will use PPR (Random Copolymer Polypropylene) plums for vertical feeding of hydraulic systems and the Pex system (flexible cross-linked polyethylene tubing), both for the distribution of hot and cold water.
- Inside the unit there are 3 gas forecasts: one in the service area that is available for installation of the passage heater system, another in the kitchen to forecast the stove, and the third on the terrace for a grill point.
- In the outdoor plaza area on the ground floor, we will use the raised floor system clad in granite stone.
- The pool waterproofing system consisted of a double asphalt layer of 3 and 4 mm bonded with oxidized asphalt.
- On the roof, a lightning protection system (SPDA) was built, connected to every project.
- Each unit has a private storage room plus two exclusive parking spaces.
- Each unit has a private elevator in addition to the service elevator and a shuttle that takes the public from the 2nd basement (street level) to the ground floor.
