Construction begins on the Viva Benx Casa do Ator, in Vila Olímpia, with 266 residential units, 36 housing service units (NR) and 2 stores, distributed over 26 floors, attic and roof.
The building will have frames with roller shutters in the rooms, allowing greater light entry and control of air flow in the room and a USB socket in the main bedrooms. The building has a mix of sustainability measures to save condominium costs and preserve the environment, as well as LED lamps in all common areas - more durability and less consumption and presence sensors in the lighting of the common areas,
It will have air conditioning in all social areas of the residential and a load and drain forecast in residential units with balconies and NR units.
The project complies with the RBR Sustainability Seal and will have PEX type piping, which reduces connections compared to another system, providing speed in the construction, rainwater collection system for garden irrigation, and a gate with shielding level IIIA - frame and masonry. The pool will be delivered with a schedule for future installation of the gas heating system and comfort generator.
The Common Areas have a Community Garden, Gourmet Space with barbecue and pizza oven, Party Room with terrace, Cinema, Gym and “fitness”, “Wellness Space”, Dry Sauna with rest area, Gourmet Rooftop Space, Adult Pool with wet deck, solarium and Lounge.
