The Viva Benx Chácara Santo Antônio will have a constructed area of 23,151.80 m², distributed in 435 units and 5 more stores on the ground floor.

Differentials:

— Soundsoft acoustic blanket under subfloor in the leisure area to absorb noise.

— Foundation blocks concreted with ice in order to avoid cracks.

— Drainage project that conducts water from the subbed (groundwater table) to the drainage well that leads to the public rainwater network. By correctly directing this water, we prevent it from forming rising moisture and highlighting, for example, the facade cladding;

— PEX type pipes: We are using PEX type tubing that reduces connections compared to another system and this provides speed in the work.

— Sealing Project: Provides greater control for the work in the quantitative survey of blocks, that is, savings in time and production speed that impacts the fulfillment of the final delivery to the customer. We generate less waste for the environment and we have the positioning of electrical boxes, avoiding tears in the masonry.

— Lobby with Double Ceiling, Armored Entrance, Infrastructure for heating the pool, reuse of rainwater for outdoor faucets, Infrastructure for the security system and building supervision, provision for the installation of a generator, USB socket in the apartments.

— Economix Package — A mix of sustainability measures to save condominium and collaborate with the environment:

— LED bulbs in all common areas — more durability and less consumption

— Presence sensors in the lighting of common areas

— Collection and reuse of rainwater for cleaning common areas and watering gardens

— Lifts with smart call

— Photovoltaic panels for power generation — return energy to the local distribution network and bring a return at a discount on the condominium bill

— Faucets with water savers and toilet bowl with double actuation for conscious water use

— Eco-efficient landscaping — use of species appropriate to the climate and the planting site, which requires lower water consumption for maintenance

— Facade colors defined according to the thermoluminous performance study — greater comfort and lower energy consumption in the units

— Responsible waste management during construction.
